Messam Construction in association with Pirtle Construction selected CM at Risk for the Modernization of North Palm Beach Elementary School

This is School District of Palm Beach County project is a modernization of the entire campus and includes renovation of existing buildings #8 and #9. North Palm Beach Elementary School will move into a holding school at the old Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary School campus for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years. The school will seek LEED for Schools Silver Certification.
